Within a few days of my announcement on Twitter to seek legislation in the name of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, designed to combat child exploitation, yet another vicious attack was launched on me and my family. 

According to an anonymous publisher that uses the name “Executioner” on the underground website Radionewz.net – my announcement was a situation that needed to be dealt with.

“I contacted Levi Page and told him with his large audience and following it would be a good way to stop Timothy Holmseth from scamming the public on the HaLeigh Cummings case and he agreed and created this petition,” Executioner said.

According to the website, a petition was promptly authored by Levi Page and submitted to the Obama Administration at The White House’s website, where they hope to receive 10,000 signatures.

Of course, this writer is acutely aware that ninety-nine percent of the time, such sophomoric online antics are not worthy of attention. The website Radionewz.net is of no informational consequence to meaningful issue confronting our nation, and holds no value whatsoever to the mainstream media market. The publishers generate semi-pornographic perverse photographs of individuals in various obscene situations, using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop to change and alter images.

However, there are legitimate issues and concerns regarding the website’s focus on the missing child HaLeigh Cummings that should be taken seriously by law enforcement and legislators. The site’s Administrators violently INSIST HaLeigh Cummings is DEAD, and they enforce their views on case witnesses.

The Administrators illegally enforce their demands through threats that anyone saying HaLeigh Cummings is alive will be “doxed.”  The term is slang for the act of maliciously publishing false and defamatory ‘documents’ to the Web to destroy a person’s reputation.

Levi Page
Levi Page is a youngster in his early twenties from Tennessee. Although his name will pop up on Google searches, there is virtually no on-line traditional media footprint of this man, appearing any time before the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

What does that mean? Well…

No established mainstream publication, such as a newspaper of record, claims any knowledge or association with this obscure person, who suddenly appeared on the Web after HaLeigh Cummings vanished, presumably so he could provide his passionate ‘insight’ about HaLeigh and other ‘kidnapped children’.

To many listeners, Page’s aggressive commentary regarding the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings has always been strange; to say the least.

Why?

Because Page’s argumentative mindset, sexually violent phrasings, obscene language, and hostile threatening outbursts present more like angry desperate rants from a deeply troubled person – with one constant…

He INSISTS HaLeigh Cummings is dead and refers to her as “murdered.”

“This child is DEAD! She was DEAD in 09 and she’s still DEAD NOW – stupid fucker.”

Page’s absolute insistence that HaLeigh Cummings is dead is in direct contradiction with the active Amber Alert for HaLeigh, which is published by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement – the little girl is classified as Missing and Endangered.

The Center for Missing and Exploited Children recently generated an age-progressed photo of HaLeigh, which is now featured on the Amber Alert flyer and used online by HaLeigh’s grandmother, Marie Griffis.

I spoke to an FBI agent regarding HaLeigh’s disappearance, and asked the agent why anyone would go so far out of their way to make the public believe a missing little girl is dead. The agents told me, ‘so they’ll stop searching for her.’

In 2011, Page and his ‘colleagues’ began to telephone me on a semi-regular basis. During one telephone call, he warned me that I better be “very careful.”

On another occasion he was joined on the line by a woman named Tina Church, who operates a private investigation firm located in Indiana. During the obnoxious call, Page provided me names of specific people, and asked me if I would like to have sex with those people.

After the call…

Church telephoned the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and told them I had just claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my home – resulting in the dispatch of officers to my residence to clear the report.

On yet another occasion, Church telephoned me. She wanted to introduce me to her friend, Ernest Willis. She advised me Willis was a former inmate of Death Row. In fact, Ernest Willis was once on Death Row, convicted of arson and murder. Willis advised me my life would be better if I did not upset Church.

During a threatening phone call from Church to a private investigator in Florida, several voices can be heard at the end of the call. It is hoped authorities will be able to use samples of possible matches to identify these people that continue to harass others regarding the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance.

HaLeigh’s Law
During my presentation to sponsors and law-makers, I will demonstrate how the Age of Communications and information-technology has changed the landscape for criminals who seek to exploit children and engage in fraud.

Although my family and I have been harassed and threatened for nearly four years, I believe those lemons can be made into lemonade through the sheer volume of evidence that has accumulated in the form of audio recordings, death threats, court documents, falsified documents, falsified photos, etc.

Historical Case
Many American’s may be surprised to learn that the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings has generated a historical ‘first’. HaLeigh’s Amber Alert was the first Amber Alert in American history to be cancelled; and then re-issued.

The facts behind the re-issuance of HaLeigh’s Amber Alert are something, as an investigative author, I am very proud of. I know why the Amber Alert was re-issued and what I did to make that suddenly happen.

The details, facts, and circumstances behind the re-issuance of the Amber Alert are something I will share with law-makers.

Steubenville, Ohio
The arrogance of cyber criminals and online fraudsters who believe they can commit crimes at will, as they hide behind the anonymity offered by the Web, seemingly peaked in December, 2012.

Amidst a controversial rape case in Steubenville, Ohio, hacktavists threatened to rape the Jefferson County Sheriff’s daughters. They also deployed a virus into the Steubenville Police Departments computer system; disabling it. 

The group has shown its willingness and ability to directly contact and infiltrate police departments. Ohio law enforcement made a gallant stand and resisted the anarchists. They requested and obtained the assistance of the FBI.

Members of the same hacktavist group that threatned Steubenville law enforcement threatened me.

The presentation for “HaLeigh’s Law” will demonstrate other situations involving law enforcement where the hacktavists got their way. A shocking amount of documentation demonstrates law enforcement agencies and officials were compromised and played ball with the hacktavists.

The Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting
In another bizarre publishing on Radionewz.net by "Executioner" regarding me, a video of CNN’s Anderson Cooper was published regarding the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting.

The warning was sent out, as websites and Facebook pages for shooting victims, created days before the shooting even occurred, began to found online.

The publishing sent out a warning to the larger network that I am "dangerous."

The Time Has Come – U.S. Justice Department Computer Hacked 
Today, January 27, 2013 the United States Justice Department announced a hacktavist group called “Anonymous” hacked the government computer. The Group is threatening to release information.

The time has come for the federal authorities to identify "Executioner."
